3.1.1. proper execution of an order placed by the User, constituting the performance of a contract concluded with the Administrator by the User (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
3.1.2. conducting statistics and analysis of User behavior on the Website, constituting the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
3.1.3. Administrator’s own marketing, constituting the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3.2. Personal data processed for:
3.2.1. the execution of contracts specified in the Regulations will be stored for the time necessary to assert its own claims or defend against claims made against the Administrator in connection with the executed contract;
3.2.2. conducting statistics and analysis of User behavior on the Website will be stored by the Administrator for a period of 3 years from the collection of this data;
3.2.3. conducting marketing by the Administrator will be processed until the person whose data it concerns objects or withdraws consent to receive commercial information.
4.1. The Administrator may share User data with its subcontractors (entities providing services it uses for processing), such as providers of IT services and solutions, and other Users to the extent necessary to fulfill contracts specified in the Regulations.
4.2. The Administrator may use IT service providers based in the USA, therefore outside the European Economic Area. Consequently, User data may be transferred there. The Administrator uses entities that process personal data based on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, as referred to in Art. 46 GDPR, concluded between the Administrator and that entity.
5.1. The User, whose data is concerned, has the following rights:
5.1.1. the right to access the provided personal data and the right to receive a copy of it;
5.1.2. the right to rectify personal data;
5.1.3. the right to erase personal data;
5.1.4. the right to request the restriction of personal data processing;
5.1.5. the right to data portability;
5.1.6. the right to object to the processing of provided personal data;
5.1.7. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
5.2. In order to exercise any of the rights mentioned above, the person whose data is concerned should contact the Administrator.
5.3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but without it, it will not be possible to contact the Administrator.
